How online booking works

You can book without an account, but signing in saves your details and garden map so they're pre-filled next time — no need to redraw your garden or re-enter your address.

Before we start

We need to check a couple of things about your garden before booking.

Dog waste policy

You are required to clear all dog waste from the service area prior to our visit. If dog fouling is found during the job, work will be stopped immediately and the visit will be cut short. Dog waste carries a serious health risk from toxocariasis — an infection caused by roundworm parasites commonly found in dog faeces, which can cause lasting damage to eyesight and other organs.
